• All payments made for listing, marketing, and promotional services are non-refundable.
• Once a service is activated, no refund will be processed.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Payment is made twice by mistake
• Service was not activated within the promised time (7 working days)

• We ensure best effort marketing, visibility, and lead generation
• However, sales, revenue, and business outcomes are not guaranteed, as they depend on multiple external factors

• Users can cancel future renewals anytime
• No refund will be provided for the current active billing cycle

• Any ad spend (Meta/Google) is non-refundable and directly used for advertising
